Adam Fischer has recorded all of Johannes Brahms' symphonies together with the Danish Chamber Orchestra and in cooperation with NAXOS. The CD collection is now available. NAXOS reports:

Renowned conductor Adam Fischer recently received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Classical Music Awards (ICMA). His celebrated discography featured the complete symphonies of Haydn, Mozart and Mahler, and the ICMA and OPUS KLASSIK-winning Naxos recordings of Beethoven’s symphonies with the Danmarks Underholdningsorkester.
These critically acclaimed forces now present the complete symphonies by Johannes Brahms – “A revelation!” according to Stretto. The performances put focus on the symphonies’ chamber music qualities, and will be of much interest for completionists and casual listeners alike.
